By For me, it is the fourth of July. One of those days that I am looking forward to with my family, with my coworkers, and with myself. I love how bright the sun is. I love how warm it feels to be in such a beautiful setting.
I’m not sure what this is about. I guess it’s just another day to be alive. I mean, I’m alive in a way that is a little bit different. It’s a little bit more “let’s get out of here” than “I’m in a beautiful place.
Just a day to be alive, that’s all it is. Im not sure if I want to call it living or just being alive. It’s a little bit different. Im glad I live in a place that is alive.
There is a fine line between “living in a place that is alive” and “living in a place that is not really alive.” A place that is not alive is one where you are not aware of or controlled by your surroundings and you are living in the moment. When you are surrounded by things, you are not aware of them, so you are not in control of your surroundings. You are a part of the scenery and you are an observer.
It’s kind of a meta concept of mind. You can live in a place that is not alive, but you can also live in a place that is not really alive. You can be aware of your surroundings, but you are not. When you are aware of your surroundings, you are in control, but when you are not aware of your surroundings you are an observer. When you are an observer you are not in control of your surroundings.
I remember when I first started working at Starbucks, I thought I was going to have to learn how to control myself. I thought that I was going to have to learn how to run the place. I thought that I was going to have to get up every morning and go to the office. That didn’t happen though. In fact, it took less than two years for me to realize that the employees I worked with were more interested in knowing what was going on than in working hard.
Work is work. If you are not willing to put in the time to do it, you are not going to be able to be effective.
I’m sure some people think I’m a bit of a grump because I’m always complaining about our horrible coffee, but honestly I’m not really. It’s the fact that I don’t want to work. In fact, I’d rather be home with a good book than spend my time in a place that is trying to turn my life into a work of art.
I work in a bar. It is a place where its a matter of course you work on something with your coworkers. I think it is because I have a way of making my coworkers hate me that I have no problem making our bar a place where everyone works and has fun. As for the coffee, let me tell you right now Im not the type of person to complain about anything. I hate to drink the same cup of coffee for three weeks in a row and still be happy.
The thing is, we don’t know if it’s true or not. But what we do know is that it is. And that is why I will keep making my Starbucks bar a place where everyone works and has fun.
