I’ve done this before, and it’s been a tradition since the day I started. I have had a few of these on my baking list for years, but haven’t had the pleasure of eating it yet. It’s a great thing to try out, but it was also one of the few things I learned at home that worked for me.

Here’s the bad news (for cheesecake-makers: It’s not that good). Making your own cheesecakes is extremely easy at home if you have a good food processor, but it can be a little difficult to make them at the professional level in a professional kitchen. It’s not that you cant just have cream cheese at home. You can make your own cream cheese by mixing 2 Tbsp of sugar and a cup of cream. Add your cream cheese and then mix in any flavor of chocolate you like.

That’s basically all there is to it. But there are a few ways to jazz it up. You can add a little salt to help it melt, or you can add a drizzle of sugar and some vanilla frosting to really give it a little kick. If you want to really jazz it up, mix 2 Tbsp of sugar with 1 1/2 Tbsp of cream cheese. Add the same amount of cream cheese as before and mix in any flavor of chocolate you like.

Okay, so the first thing you’ll notice about the bar is how thick and full of cream it is. The second thing is that you have to squirt some cream cheese on top of the bar before you put it in the oven.

It’s easy to get lazy with this recipe if you don’t want to make a big effort. If all you’re doing is heating a big pan with a spoon, then it’s easy enough to use a spoon, but if you’re making a big batch and you want to be really fancy, add a little more sugar to the mixture for sweetness. Then you should only have to add another tablespoon or two of cream cheese to the mix.
