I am a huge cake person, and I’ve had an entire collection of different cake recipes in my kitchen cabinet. They all taste great, but they are all a little tricky to make. I recently made one of my favorite cakes for a recent party, and it wasn’t easy to make. The main challenge was that I was making a cake that had to be frozen and then baked that day.

The best part of making a cake is that you can make it as quickly as possible. The hardest part is waiting for the cake to thaw out (and then it’s a little tricky to cut it) and then making the icing. Not only does it take a little while, but it also is a little messy.
