I love it when a book puts me in the mind of someone else. This one does. Watson is a champion figure skater who skis the world and has won a grand total of five gold medals. She started training and competing with her coach after she realized she could not skate with her body the way she wanted to. She has an incredible capacity for self-improvement and has always had a healthy lifestyle.
The book is called “Emma Watson: A Workout,” by writer Rebecca L. Wilcox and it’s about her journey to get fit and to get healthy. It is a fantastic read and a great workout. She doesn’t do any cardio and focuses on core exercises that get her legs and hips moving.

DrProctor discusses a lot of the benefits of regular exercise, and one of the best ways to do that is to exercise. While I’m not a fitness athlete, I do like to do a variety of exercise types. I think doing a workout every day is one of the best ways to get the most out of you.
