I always get asked to make cheesecake out of cookie butter. I mean, who wouldn’t want that? But, since I have a very sweet tooth, I must admit, I am a bit biased. The fact is, if I don’t, some other baker is likely to take my place. And I am talking about a very good cheesecake that is filled with the most amazing caramel sauce, but I could never do that with butter.
The other reason to make a cookie butter cheesecake is because it will make your cake look as delicious as it tastes.
After I’ve made it, I’ll talk to you about how to do it right.
The first thing to do, which you can do if you know how, is to melt chocolate in a double boiler. Then, place the melted chocolate atop the buttered layers and in the oven until the chocolate is fully melted.
Now I have my cake, but it will look delicious to me. As long as I’m not a big fan of chocolate, I will eat it.
