This is a super easy recipe to throw together in about 15 minutes or so.
I’m not sure why you’d want to get this recipe down, but I like it a lot.
The secret to a good crepe is to use good quality crepes and then bake them in the oven. They are so simple to make that you can whip them up pretty fast. Plus if you can’t find butter, you can always substitute your favorite oil. It’s the right way to eat crepes that you can make at home.
If you want to make your crepes in the oven, you can get creative and bake them in the oven and then pop them onto the stove top. Another option is to use a microwave, but that recipe is a bit different so you can skip that one.
You can also get a bunch of ingredients at a bakery, or even a home pantry, and make crepes at home. I bought flour (I love flour so much), butter, eggs, chocolate chips, and salt, for example. If you don’t have these ingredients, you can always make crepes by mixing in the ingredients you do have.
I love crepes. I never thought I’d be able to make more than a few a week, but now I can’t quite put down the recipe I’ve been following for years and years. No, I’m not the weirdo who makes a lot of crepes. I’m the person who goes to most all the bakery or home pantry stores to get the ingredients.
In fact, my recipe for buttermilk crepes came from a book I’ve been using for years called, The Buttermilk Crepe Book. Its a great book, and I’m happy to share it with any one who is interested.
Im not sure who wrote it, but buttermilk crepes are awesome. I like my crepes without too much butter, but my favorite is without all the eggs. There is a lot of butter in crepes, so you dont need eggs unless your crepes are very thick and buttery. So no eggs, but you can still have a buttery crepe. I actually prefer the white version, but the buttermilk version is pretty good too.
One of the reasons I like buttermilk crepes so much is because they are ridiculously easy to make. I recommend making them as light as possible, as it’s hard to get them to rise as high as they should. My favorites are the “Fried Buttermilk” and “Buttermilk Crepe” varieties.
The other reason I like buttermilk crepes is because they are a lot more fun to make than the other crepes. I usually have them done when I’m in the mood, but I love them when they’re easy to make.
