This recipe for bacon chips is my go-to for when I want a crunchy, smoky, and salty snack that is simultaneously delicious and healthy.
Bacon chips are a typical American snack, and they are delicious, as well. But for a snack that is both healthy and delicious, you don’t need to buy a bag of chips. These are a super-healthy snack that would go great on your face or in your breakfast bowl.
It is a snack that can be made in small batches and freeze-dried (without the fat), which makes it perfect for freezing for later. The chips will keep for up to three months in a freezer. I can’t wait to make these in bulk to have on hand for when I want a snack that is both healthy and delicious.
The best part is the fact that these are not just any chips. These are made with real bacon, real butter, and real maple syrup. So you get all three of those things. I am also obsessed with these and will definitely be making them at least once a week.
Bacon chips? That sounds fun. I’ll have to try that.
A recent study found that people who ate bacon were less likely to be overweight or obese. The reason is because they ate more of the healthy fat in the bacon. It’s kind of like eating a slice of cheese. The fat is what keeps the bacon from melting and clumping into a paste.
Of course, no study is perfect, and it’s possible that people who ate bacon had a lot of healthy fats in their diets. It’s also possible that the people who ate the bacon had a lot of healthy fats, but were eating fewer calories than the people who didn’t eat the bacon. Either way, I think that this study is a great example of what a well-designed experiment can reveal.
The conclusion of this study was that the fat in bacon was less than in the typical American diet. Now, I’m a vegetarian and I love bacon, but that’s not to say that I would eat bacon right now. I was raised with bacon as a main course, and a few of my favorite dishes are made with bacon. I think it was the bacon or something else that made me eat it, but I would eat bacon if it was on a sandwich.
I agree with the conclusion that bacon is less than what you would find in the typical American diet. I have yet to find a good vegetarian alternative to bacon, though I do have a few ideas in mind. Also, I think that bacon is a very good example of a “diet food” and one of the foods that you should avoid if you are trying to lose weight. Bacon has been shown to cause weight gain and increase the chance of heart disease.
BACON. BACON. BACON. BACON. BACON. BACON.
